The apartment is located on the old campus, it's around 70 square meters, has 2 bedrooms, large living room, small kitchen and bathroom. The apartment building is for teachers, and far from the students' dorms. From the photo you can tell it's a bit old, but the space makes up for it. and is ideal for couples. It is on the first floor which means you won't have to walk up any flights of stairs.
The apartment will be included in the contract, as well as a threshold for utilities.
The campus is only a few bus stops away from the closest subway. A few shopping malls close by with cinemas, and a western supermarket. Nearby is the Dong Ping river which is good for bike riding.
You'll live on the old campus, but teach on the new campus, this means you'll take a teachers' bus to get there. The bus leaves the old campus at 7:30 A.M., and returns from the new campus at 12:45 P.M. and at 4:30 P.M.
If you want to get as many classes done in a few days, you'll be able to teach 6 periods a day to catch the 4:30 P.M. On a 16 period per week schedule, you can teach 3 days a week, or arrange your classes to be in the morning.
The school's system for the bus is to pay with an Ecard, you'll be given this payment by the school and not out of your own money.
